Returns

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item

• Incorrect size or color selection

• Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the product and packaging

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Solena or our production partners.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be changed or canceled because it is being custom-made specifically for you.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier before reaching out to us.

If additional assistance is needed, our support team will work with you to investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate resolution.
